Starting 3 Dec 2024, Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume the Clark-Siargao direct flights. Known for its bohemian charm and world-class surfing waves, Siargao has become one of the Philippines' most sought-after destinations. The new flights will make the island more accessible to travellers from Luzon, offering an additional route aside from the current daily flights from Manila.

The Clark-Siargao route will operate three times a week, with flights departing every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Flights from Clark (2P 2875) will leave at 11am and land in Del Carmen, Siargao, at 1.05pm, while return flights (2P 2876) from Siargao will depart at 1.35pm and arrive in Clark at 3.40pm. This new option is ideal for those living in Northern or Central Luzon, allowing them to skip the Manila airport and travel directly from Clark.
For those eager to book their tickets, Philippine Airlines has already opened bookings for flights starting in December. One-way ticket prices currently range from ₱3,453 to ₱10,659, depending on your preferred date and seat class.
Siargao, often dubbed the "Surfing Capital of the Philippines," is a teardrop-shaped island in the Surigao del Norte province of Mindanao. While it’s famed for its surf scene, especially spots like Cloud 9, the island offers much more than just waves. It boasts mysterious caves, winding rivers, stunning lagoons, and a vibrant local community that gives the island its distinctive Filipino bohemian vibe.
Over the years, Siargao has captured the hearts of not only surfers but also digital nomads and nature lovers, many of whom have chosen to make the island their permanent home. Whether you're a seasoned surfer or just looking for a tropical getaway, Siargao's charm, natural beauty, and laid-back atmosphere are hard to resist.
