You don’t have to spend a single peso to enjoy Manila because there are many things you can absolutely do for free!

Every October, the city turns into one big party. It’s when people go from office workers to witches, vampires, and video game characters overnight. If you live for good music, chaotic costumes, and staying out till sunrise, this is your season.
Here’s your cheat sheet to the hottest Halloween parties around Manila this 2025.
Ready Poblacion One: Z Street Halloween Party

We’re starting with a classic. The Z Hostel and Kampai crew are bringing back their epic street party with “Ready Poblacion One: A Z Street Halloween Special powered by Budweiser.”
On October 31, the streets of Poblacion, Makati will be packed with people, music, food stalls, and a Parade of Costumes. The theme? Video game characters and avatars. So yes, this is your sign to show up as your favourite player or skin.
Venues include Z Hostel, Kampai, Alamat, Japonesa, Ebi 10, Green Door, Buccaneers, Only Pans, Mahalo, and parts of Don Pedro and Alfonso Streets.
Since 2017, these guys have drawn up to 25,000 people, so expect a wild night. Follow @zhostelph and @kampaiph for updates.
&Friends Halloween Festival at Okada Manila

If your Halloween vibe is more “massive rave” than “haunted house,” this one’s it. On October 31, &Friends takes over The Cove at Okada Manila from 4 PM to 4 AM.
The lineup’s insane: Knock2, Dabin, BEAUZ, SABAI, Y3llO, FROSTTOP b2b RemK, and Ace Ramos, plus 50 more DJs. Expect heavy beats, smoke machines, trick-or-treat booths, and even makeover stations if your costume needs fixing.
🎟️ Tickets at andfriends.live.
HALLOQUEEN at Kondwi Poblacion

This one’s for the girls, gays, and theys. HALLOQUEEN is happening on October 24 at Kondwi Poblacion, organised by For the Love of Women PH and hosted by queer couple Caz and Pepper.
It’s an all-night party with DJ Lia and DJ Aichi dropping pop hits and gay anthems. There’s also a costume contest with prizes, so bring your best look.
MADHOUSE at Stratosphere Events Place

MADHOUSE by Socialista and The Creek is back on October 30 at Stratosphere Events Place. Think rave energy mixed with a night market.
You’ve got WE DONT CARE UK, DJ Luigi Tupaz, and DJ Manuel Lorenzo on deck, plus food stalls, tarot readings, and spooky cocktails. It’s loud, fun, and chaotic in the best way.
UNDERWORLD: A Halloween Danceathon

If you plan to dance until sunrise, UNDERWORLD by CHURCHLOVESU is for you. It’s happening on October 25 at Nokal Manila, featuring DJ Goi Cuon, Xtina Superstar, D Waviee, Jer Dee, and JP Talapian.
Presale tickets are already gone, so try your luck with walk-ins. And yes, come dressed like you came straight from the underworld.
Fright Night Club at Solaire

If you want something more luxe, head to Solaire Grand Ballroom for Fright Night Club on October 31. DJs Arra Gunio, Patrick Oliver, and Jimmy Nocon will take over the decks.
You’ll also get eight free drinks with your ticket, plus Halloween-themed cocktails and a killer dance floor. Strictly 18+ only.
