Applying for a South Korea Visa? You now have the option to get your results faster with a new service implemented by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea!
Exclusively for tourism purposes, an Express Visa entitles applicants to wait for no more than two days for their application to be processed. Prior to its implementation last 12 Nov, the standard processing time was three days for applicants who have already travelled to an OECD-member country within five years of application. Those who haven’t, on the other hand, had to wait five days. Keep in mind, though, that the two-day period does not cover the time of submission of requirements.

Unlike for the regular South Korea Visa, the Express Visa application form comprises of only one page. You’ll only need to fill in your name, gender, and signature.
You’ll then need to pay your agency’s respective service fee and an additional ₱1,000 Express Visa processing fee. Take note, however, that this amount is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. This means you won’t be able to get a refund even in the case of visa denial. All requirements must be submitted between 8.30 and 11am on business days. Meanwhile, the releasing of results will be from 1.30 to 4pm.
