Other things to know when flying with Cebu Pacific
Before arriving at all Philippine airports, you must have the TRAZE Contact Tracing app on your mobile phone. Otherwise, proceed to the nearest Traze Helpdesk at the airport’s terminal entrance or arrival hall.
All Cebu Pacific flights during pandemic leave and arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. The facility will also only accept passengers with confirmed bookings for the day. Moreover, some of the above Cebu Pacific local and overseas destinations require arriving passengers to present a negative RT-PCR certificate to be allowed entry. As this is a developing situation, passengers should regularly look out for Cebu Pacific’s advisories on flight cancellations and travel restrictions. In the case of the former, the airline offers options for unlimited rebooking, refunding, and transferring one’s ticket value to the Cebu Pacific Travel Fund, which is now valid for redeeming for up to two years for travels within one year away.
