To register, go to the nearest Office of the Election Officer (OEO) in your area. Registration will be from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday, including holidays. However, take note that the OEO will be closed during these days of the Holy Week: 28, 29, and 30 Mar 2024.

For added convenience, Register Anywhere Program (RAP) sites in malls, universities, and government offices nationwide will operate until 31 Aug to cater to new registrations, transfers, corrections, and reactivations, regardless of residence.

Voter’s registration essentials

  1. Valid government ID with signature. Make sure to bring any of the following: Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver’s license, PRC ID, etc.
  2. Completed application form (CEF-1). You may fill this out online via COMELEC’s iRehistro website. Print this back-to-back on a long bond paper. Important reminder: Do not sign or place a thumb mark on the form. This will be done on the day of registration.

Already registered? Remember these things

  1. Check if your registration is still active. Even if you voted in the last elections, it never hurts to make sure.
  2. Update your registration. Whether it’s inactive already or if you moved to a different city or municipality, you’ll want to update your details to make sure you can vote in the 2025 national elections.
