Here’s what to expect on your next visit to the newly reopened island paradise!

If you are travelling solo to Boracay this February, your morning routine sets the tone for the rest of your day. There is a specific kind of peace in sitting at a beachfront table with a hot plate of food while the blue water is just a few meters away. Most people end up eating in a dark hotel hallway or a crowded indoor buffet, but the real island experience is about starting your day on the sand. For a solo traveller on a workation, finding a place that offers this view without a massive price tag is the ultimate goal.

Coast Boracay (Station 2) This hotel is home to Cha Cha’s Beach Cafe, which is arguably one of the most famous spots for breakfast on the island. You can sit right by the beach path and enjoy their signature ube champorado or breakfast pizzas. It is a very lively and professional environment, making it great for solo travellers who want to feel the island's energy while they check their emails.
Price range: Approximately ₱9,000 to ₱12,000 per night.

While this is a standalone cafe, staying at nearby Station 1 boutique hotels puts you steps away from this iconic breakfast spot. It offers a quiet, wide-angle view of the ocean in the most peaceful part of White Beach. Their giant pancakes and ube cereal milk lattes are staples for any visitor. It is an ideal spot to sit with a laptop for an hour while enjoying the morning breeze.
Price range (Nearby Boutique Hotels): Approximately ₱5,000 to ₱8,000 per night.

Located exactly where Station 1 meets Station 2, this hotel offers a very practical beachfront dining area. It is a more traditional hotel, but its outdoor tables are literally on the edge of the sand. It is a grounded choice for those who want the view and the convenience of being near D'Mall without paying luxury resort prices.
Price range: Approximately ₱3,500 to ₱5,000 per night.

If you want to romanticize your solo trip, this is a top-tier option. Their breakfast area overlooks the most pristine and quiet part of Station 1. It feels very exclusive and is perfect for a "Main Character" moment. The Wi-Fi here is generally very reliable, which is a significant plus if you have important morning meetings.
Price range: Approximately ₱15,000 to ₱22,000 per night.

Known for excellent service, their Sands Restaurant offers an elevated view of the shoreline. It is perfect for a slow, indulgent breakfast. They often serve local delicacies like fresh pandesal and high-quality Filipino coffee that make the stay feel more authentic and comfortable for locals.
Price range: Approximately ₱18,000 to ₱25,000 per night.

For those who prefer a modern resort feel, this specific Henann branch has a beachfront dining area that is quite spacious. You get a massive buffet selection while being just a few steps away from the water. It is a solid middle-ground option for those who want luxury amenities at a slightly more accessible price point than Station 1 resorts.
Price range: Approximately ₱6,000 to ₱9,000 per night.
If you want to work or just chill by the sea, keep these points in mind. High tide at Station 2 can get the sand wet near the tables, so ask for a spot further back if you want to stay dry. Connection is usually strong in rooms but can drop on the sand, so check the Wi-Fi signal at your table before you order. Most beach tables lack outlets, so look for seats near the restaurant pillars or walls where they usually hide a few sockets.
By 9:00 AM in April, the sun is already very hot. You should aim for a 7:00 AM breakfast to enjoy the breeze before the heat kicks in. Finally, some busy cafes might have a time limit for diners with laptops. It is always best to ask the staff if it is okay to work for an hour while you eat.
