If you've been dreaming of a trip to Disneyland, it might be time to start saving a little more. The Happiest Place on Earth has raised its entry ticket prices to over ₱12,000 per person during peak days, making it the most expensive one-day ticket in Disney history.
This change is part of a global trend, with Disney parks around the world adjusting ticket prices to manage crowds and cover operational costs.

The highest-tier one-day tickets now cost over ₱12,000 for peak days. Tickets for less busy days remain significantly lower, giving visitors the option to save by choosing off-peak periods.
Across the globe, other Disney parks have also raised their prices:
Walt Disney World, Florida: peak one-day tickets now reach ₱12,150, with off-peak tickets remaining at ₱6,060.
Disneyland Paris: peak-day tickets now exceed ₱6,400.
Tokyo Disney Resort: peak-day tickets are over ₱5,200.
Hong Kong Disneyland: peak-day tickets exceed ₱4,500.
Shanghai Disney Resort: peak-day tickets are above ₱4,100.
Depending on where and when you visit, ticket costs can vary significantly, making it important to plan ahead.

Disney officials say the price increase helps manage park crowds and ensure visitors have a better overall experience.
Rising operational costs are another factor. This includes staff wages, park maintenance, new attractions, and day-to-day operations. Upcoming park updates and major celebrations also contribute to higher ticket costs, making the increases a necessary adjustment.
Here’s what travellers should know about the new prices:
Peak days are pricier. For many Disney parks, ticket prices for busy dates now exceed ₱12,000.
Off-peak tickets offer savings. Visiting during less busy periods can reduce costs by nearly half.
Global parks have varied increases. Disneyland Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai have also raised ticket prices for peak days.
Plan and budget carefully. Additional costs like food, souvenirs, parking, and services such as Lightning Lane should be considered to avoid surprises.
Disney parks continue to offer world-class attractions, immersive storytelling, and unforgettable experiences. While tickets are now more expensive, they ensure that the magic remains for both guests and the cast members who bring it to life.
