Ready for a solo travel?
Starting 1 October 2025, all travellers, including local residents returning to the country and foreigners visiting, will be required to complete the new “All Indonesia” digital arrival card through its official app or website.
This replaces the paper forms usually filled out at airports. The “All Indonesia” system combines immigration, customs, health and quarantine checks into a single digital portal. The form is free, online and mandatory.

The rollout actually began on 1 September, but only in selected entry points. At present, the requirement applies to passengers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Jakarta), Juanda Airport (Surabaya, East Java), I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) and international seaports in Batam, Riau Islands.
From 1 October, it will be enforced at all international airports, seaports and land borders.
Travellers can complete the form up to three days before arrival via allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the “All Indonesia” app (App Store, Google Play). If not completed before travel, passengers can still do it upon arrival by scanning a QR code at the airport, but this may cause delays at Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ).

Authorities say the new “All Indonesia” portal is designed to simplify and secure entry procedures. It eliminates the need for multiple forms, covers goods and health declarations, and makes processing more efficient. The system is intended to be accessible for all passengers, including families, children, older people and travellers with special needs. It also gives officials better tools to detect potential health risks and strengthen border security.
“This application is not just about convenience; it’s also about protecting our country. Every piece of data you provide is key to ensuring the security, health, and integrity of our borders,” said Yuldi Yusman, acting Director of Immigration Traffic at the Directorate General of Immigration.
For anyone planning a trip to Indonesia, the “All Indonesia” arrival card is now part of the entry requirements. Submitting it before departure will save time and prevent delays on arrival.
Complete the “All Indonesia” arrival card online before travelling. It is free, compulsory and ensures a smoother entry process into the country.
