Foodies, mark your Google Calendars and set your alarms: Beloved American burger joint Shake Shack is teaming up with renowned Filipino dining spot Toyo Eatery for the ultimate culinary collaboration on 11 Nov 2023. The one-day event will take place at Shake Shack – Central Square in BGC, starting at 9am until supplies last. Spoiler alert: It involves a burger-and-fries combo that feels straight out of every Filipino gourmand’s dreams!

For their special collaboration, Shake Shack and Toyo Eatery came up with a mouth-watering Pinoy-inspired menu.
At the centre of it is a burger, of course. Grab a bite of the Chicken and Cheek BBQ, a hearty Shake Shack burger filled to the brim with crunchy all-natural chicken thighs, Toyo Eatery’s pork jowl, sweet Filipino-style BBQ sauce, and an atsara mix of papaya, red onions, burong mangga, cucumber, and aruy-uy.

The Rosella at Lambanog Lemonade — spiked with actual lambanog — and the Tsokolate at Tostadong Bigas Concrete for dessert round up the meal.
