What do you expect when a world-famous burger joint joins forces with a contemporary fine dining spot recognised as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023? For their special collaboration, Shake Shack and Toyo Eatery came up with a mouth-watering Pinoy-inspired menu.
At the centre of it is a burger, of course. Grab a bite of the Chicken and Cheek BBQ, a hearty Shake Shack burger filled to the brim with crunchy all-natural chicken thighs, Toyo Eatery’s pork jowl, sweet Filipino-style BBQ sauce, and an atsara mix of papaya, red onions, burong mangga, cucumber, and aruy-uy.
Pair your burger with the crinkle-cut Inasal Fries topped with Toyo Eatery’s in-house inasal mayonnaise. The Rosella at Lambanog Lemonade — spiked with actual lambanog — and the Tsokolate at Tostadong Bigas Concrete for dessert round up the meal.
Toyo Eatery owner Chef Jordy Navarra incorporated Filipino flavours into these one-day-only Shake Shack menu items. The exclusive menu marks the first-ever Chef collaboration of Shake Shack Philippines.
