The only plastic we need for travel.

If you use the Shopee app often, you may have noticed the loyalty badge under your username — showing tiers like Classic, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. The program helps frequent shoppers unlock perks, vouchers, and discounts depending on how much they shop over a given period.

As mentioned above, the loyalty program involves four tiers: Classic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. With the exception of Classic, each loyalty tier will merit a number of exclusive perks every month!
To maintain or upgrade your loyalty tier, you generally need to complete a certain number of orders over a rolling period (usually every six months). The typical thresholds are:
• Classic: under 10 orders
• Silver: 10–24 orders
• Gold: 25–44 orders
• Platinum: 55 or more orders
Your tier is evaluated based on the orders in the preceding six-month window. If you meet the threshold, you move up and keep that tier for the next six-month period. Some categories (like certain digital products or game shops) may be excluded from the count, depending on the program’s current rules.
Note: Orders from Shopee Games Shops, Shopee-owned shops, and Digital Products will not be included.
Loyalty perks (typical) in 2025
Shopee Loyalty typically offers perks such as birthday vouchers, free shipping vouchers (sometimes with ₱0 minimum spend on partner shops), sitewide free shipping for higher tiers, member-only discount or cashback vouchers, and priority customer service or support queue for Platinum members.
By tier:
• Silver – birthday vouchers, free shipping deals
• Gold – free shipping (including broader / sitewide where available), plus extra members-only vouchers or discounts
• Platinum – all of the above plus stronger cashback or exclusive voucher offers, priority support, and special offers (may vary by promo).
