Our favourite places to stay on this sleepy Cebu island.
Tripkada, the largest trip-pooling platform in the Philippines, is currently preparing for its first major event of the year happening on 7 Feb 2018 at the QBO Innovation Hub in Makati City, where it will be holding its first Travel Meet-Up this 2018 as well as launching its iOS application.
“We have been patiently waiting for the release of the iOS version of our app and it’s
finally here. We are very much excited to bring Filipinos closer to traveling as we make
it accessible to more people now”, shares JP Bayang, the Growth Marketing Head of Tripkada.
The two-in-one event is the sole official travel meet-up in the country which aims to promote inclusiveness, as well as responsible and sustainable travel. It will bring together travellers (both experienced and aspiring ones), travel experts, partners, the media and prominent influencers who can take part in travel talks and fun games.
The attendees can also choose to participate in a travel quiz contest after signing up with four other team members and paying the registration fee of ₱500. The winners will be rewarded with free stays in luxury hotels, among others.
Moreover, the Tripkada team will provide a preview of the new Tripkada blog, its new payment methods and other exciting projects lined up for the rest of 2018.
Proudly Philippine-made, Tripkada allows users to skip the itinerary planning and individual booking phase in making their dream trip a reality. More importantly, they can do it on a budget and on-the-go by simply choosing from trips organised by other travellers with a single click of a button.
