The only plastic we need for travel.
If you’re familiar with Japanese home products, you would know how much they’re optimised for both aesthetic and multi-functionality. But above all, they’re really useful for when you need to save space at home or your travels. After all, less is truly more as far as Japanese-style minimalism goes. Now, we can all say the same about this foldable tabo or water dipper.
Product name: Foldable tabo, collapsible water dipper

A foldable tabo is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a cup- or bowl-like container with a long handle that’s made to hold or transfer water or any liquid from object A to object B. Only, you can also fold or collapse it after use. Not only is it space-saving because you can have it as flat as a saucer pan, it also makes it less of an eyesore even if you leave it lying around.
According to online sellers of foldable tabo, it’s made of polypropylene and silicone, which is responsible for making it collapsible. All you have to do is press on it like you would a jar or food container to lock it. Like typical dippers, it also has a hole on the handle so you can easily hang it anywhere. It’s great for the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and even backpacking or camping!

According to some customers, the foldable tabo really stands out for its multiple purposes, while others commend it for its excellent quality, aesthetics, and affordability. In fact, its price ranges from only ₱75 to ₱150, depending on which online store you get it from. Others also offer the option to buy them in bulk so you can have one for each use if you like it.
Because it’s collapsible, you can further use the foldable tabo outside its typical functions of carrying or holding liquid. When folded, it also makes for an aesthetically pleasing miniature tray (perfect for equally pretty pantries) where you can place fruits, toiletries, and other products, either dry or wet. You’ll just have to buy one to see how far its functionality can go!
