There are times I miss listening to CDs on a boombox or walkman — especially now that CDs seem to be making a comeback. Can’t afford to reupholster your couch or buy a new chair? No problem. Here’s a pro-tip: Throw a blanket over it! You’ll be surprised at how easily it can breathe new life into the chair or couch you’ve grown tired of looking at. (Just don’t forget to wash them every now and then!)

And finally, could it ever hurt to buy another cute mug? I mean, they’re great for drinking coffee, but they work as pen holders and decorative pieces, too… (Basically, I’ll take any excuse to add more pieces to our growing collections. I can imagine you can probably relate.)
