The foundation in whichof Tahanan Bistro is built is nothing short of excellent. Made of reclaimed wood from salvaged houses, the restaurant started as a residential house. The family wanted to share this beautiful home overlooking the hills of Antipolo and turned it into a casual fine-dining restaurant.
The restaurant is beautiful, yes, but what about the food? Well, it tastes just as good as the restaurant looks. All of the dishes served in Tahanan Bistro reach levels of refinement befitting of a high-end restaurant. If enjoying sublime food in a cosy wooden house surrounded by a lush garden sounds like a dream come true, book a dinner reservation at Tahanan Bistro today.

The moment guests step foot inside Oscar’s, it’s clear that the restaurant is more than ready to impress. Situated atop the Eugenio Lopez Center, Oscar’s provides its guests with a view of the Metro Manila skyline. While guests can enjoy dining inside the restaurant, Oscar’s is best experienced al fresco. Pair the uncompromising view with the exquisite continental and Filipino fusion dishes that they serve, and Oscar’s is ready to orchestrate an unforgettable weekend for you.
One of the best Antipolo restaurants for families to enjoy is Maura’s Place. This humble restaurant is undeniably Filipino, evident in its design and food. Maura’s Place rides the al fresco trend well. Diners can enjoy their meal in the garden with an unobstructed panoramic view of the city. Big groups can easily fit in its outdoor area, too. A few trees surround the garden, creating an intimate atmosphere for precious family celebrations.

While Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa does provide that majestic panoramic view of the city, it also has a lot more than that. The resort has so many areas that are all too beautiful, so plan ahead which atmosphere to enjoy: a panoramic view of the city, in the hanging gardens, or at the Santorini-inspired vista? And while Luljetta’s is famous for their wellness services, their traditional Filipino food can also take a great role when pampering its guests.
Cafe Lupe Antonio stands out among Antipolo restaurants because of their fusion of Mexican and Filipino cuisine, which unsurprisingly complement each other. Their food is easy to enjoy despite the complexity that their flavours possess. These incredible dishes can be enjoyed beside a gorgeous view of the city, making it a prime destination for lounging during the weekend.
Beauty and craftsmanship are the centre of Crescent Moon Cafe’s inspiration. This restaurant also doubles as a pottery studio where guests can dine with Crescent Moon’s stylish earthen kitchenware. Guests can even make their own pottery!
What makes Crescent Moon one-of-a-kind is its deep repertoire of Southeast Asian dishes. With dishes such as beef rendang and lemongrass pork belly, the flavour of our neighbouring countries are evident. Their vegetables are also freshly picked from their nearby garden.
One of the oldest restaurants in Antipolo, Vieux Chalet’s beauty is timeless. This restaurant, which is also a bed and breakfast, was founded some 30 years ago by a Swiss man named Thomas Hassig. Vieux Chalet means “mountain home” in Swiss, and as such, is famed for serving dishes inspired by the European country. Inside this Swiss house-inspired restaurant, diners can enjoy light meals such as the rich, rich broth of raclette and the finely seasoned lamb shoulder.
Despite the grandiose views Antipolo restaurants are known for, Yellow Lantern is noticeable because of its minimalist ambience. By setting the mentioned yellow lanterns against stark white walls, the restaurant allows effortless, elegant photos. The top floor of the restaurant holds a number of fun games for groups to stimulate the appetite, too.
Speaking of appetite, Yellow Lantern’s food is quite easy to enjoy. Incorporating a mix of Asian and continental comfort food, their menu lets you enjoy delicious culinary concoctions such as Pinoy paella or Emcaro pizza. Driving to Antipolo to eat these dishes is worth it.
When Pinto Art Museum supplies your restaurant’s interior decorations, that restaurant is bound to make it on this list. Thus, we introduce Cafe Rizal by Peppermill. While guests don’t need to dine al fresco for captivating views, dining outside the patio is highly recommended.
Their modern Filipino fusion cuisine is also a joy to explore. Enjoy the robust taste of garlic and tender pork with Italian finesse with their Vigan Pizza or their pork adobo without vinegar. It is one of the most refreshing culinary experiences in Antipolo and is a great closer to the museum tour.
