Great news, biyaheros: exploring Metro Manila just got better for many Manileños! On 8 Jul 2023, the Department of Tourism, Culture and Arts of Manila announced its second Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) Bus Tour, following its first leg in the financial district of Makati City. This time around, the tour will take place around nine heritage sites and cultural districts in the City of Manila. What’s more? Folks residing within the city can experience the Manila Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour for free!

Image credit: Philippines Hop-On Hop-Off Official Facebook PageAccording to the Department of Tourism, Culture and Arts of Manila, the launch of its Manila Cultural Hub Tours will allow tourists to “conveniently and leisurely stroll Manila’s historic and vibrant culture.” Among the nine cultural hotspots that make up the Manila Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour include Robinsons Place Manila, Raja Sulayman Fountain, Rizal Park Luneta, National Museum, Malancañang Heritage Tours, Manila City Hall, Escolta Bridge, Binondo, and Intramuros.

However, for those who wish to make a stop at the Malancañang Palace, heritage tours here will only be available by 3pm. To avail of the free tour promo, participants must present their identification card as proof of residency in Manila City.
