The LTMS online vehicle registration service aims to make transactions with the LTO smoother for motorists anywhere in the Philippines. No longer will you have to queue in long lines and drive to any LTO district offices. As long as you have a stable Internet connection, you can use the service.

Users who would like to register their vehicles must create an account on the LTMS website. All the details required by the LTO from the vehicle should be registered in the account. Don’t worry if you can’t finish registration in a day; the LTO district offices can help finish your registration.

LTO secretary Jose Arturo Tugade also reminds users that a Certificate of Coverage from an insurance coverage of the driver’s choice should also be submitted electronically through the account. In addition, users should include an upload of a report from the Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (PMVIC) nearby LTO’s district offices. These documents can be submitted within a month during the registration.
