Overwhelmed with the myriad of menstrual cups in the Philippines? Try out the Sinaya Cup. As the first menstrual cup in the Philippines, it has served over 6,000 customers — including me — since 2015.
Sinaya Cup’s branding is as straightforward as can be: It lets users select either a small or large cup depending on their results from this size guide. After you purchase yours and find your cup too long for your cervix, you can simply cut the stem with the help of its layered guides.

Compared to other cups, the Comfort Cup is known among the menstrual cup community for its softer body. While some like this, others find that the brand is prone to leakage. If you still want to give it a try but don’t want to risk tagos, you can purchase its Period Starter Bundle: It comes with a menstrual cup, sterilizing cup, and period panty. Looking for an affordable menstrual cup in the Philippines? Retailing for just ₱300, the Serene Cup is perhaps the cheapest one out there. It comes in various sizes, from extra small to large, and two colours — pink or clear.

What makes the Malaya Cup special is its extended grip marks, which assist users with easier insertion and removal. It also has a sculpted rim with air holes, which helps when you have to “pop” the cup before taking it out. Do note that some users may find this uncomfortable.

Funky patterns and loop designs are what Haliya Cup does best. Its striking pink and purple menstrual cups have handles that look like rings, making removals easier.

Since it is relatively new to the Philippine market, R/evolution does not have the most reviews yet; nevertheless, some menstrual cup users have commended its menstrual discs, which are cheaper than other brands.
