National Cinema Day 2026: ₱100 Movie Tickets On 12 September

Movie plans just got a lot cheaper this weekend.

On 12 September 2026, moviegoers across the Philippines can catch films for just ₱100 as the country celebrates its first-ever National Cinema Day.

Organised by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines (CEAP) with participating cinemas nationwide, the one-day celebration gives movie fans a chance to return to the big screen at a much lower ticket price. Regular 2D screenings are included in the promotion.

When is National Cinema Day 2026?

The first Philippine National Cinema Day will take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

For one day only, participating cinemas will offer ₱100 tickets for Regular 2D screenings. More than 100 cinemas across the country are taking part in the nationwide celebration.
