One Visayas Circuit: What It Is and How to Get It

DOT just made travelling Visayas way easier. One Visayas is a set of ready-made travel circuits that let you explore heritage sites, local food, and diving spots without the usual stress of planning. It’s your shortcut to the best of the region.

The launch happened last Saturday at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, with officials and tourism partners in attendance. DOT Western Visayas Regional Director Crisanta Marlene Rodriguez says this is all about connecting the islands better and giving travellers a smoother experience.

Here’s what you can actually do with the circuits:

DOT Eastern Visayas Regional Director Karina Tiopes added that this project had been in the works for years, but connectivity and tourism offerings made it tricky. Cebu Pacific alone serves nine key airports in the Visayas, including Cebu, Bacolod, Calbayog, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Boracay, Tacloban, and Bohol.
