On 12 Feb 2025, the lineup features a mix of whimsical and heartfelt short films, culminating in a contemporary romance:
Living Things by Martika Ramirez Escobar: Winner of Cinemalaya 2014’s Best Short Film, this whimsical story portrays a woman’s partner transforming into a cardboard standee.
Tokwifi by Carla Pulido Ocampo: A multi-award-winning short about a ’50s mestiza star trapped in a television and discovered by a young Bontok man.
Isa Pa With Feelings by Prime Cruz: Starring Maine Mendoza and Carlo Aquino, this film explores the blossoming connection between an aspiring architect and her deaf neighbor.
MiraNila Heritage House will open its doors at 4.45pm, with screenings starting promptly at 6pm. Attendees can also enjoy a mini art fair at the venue, adding to the cultural experience.
Tickets are priced at P700 for regular admission and P560 for students, making it an accessible yet memorable option for couples and film enthusiasts alike.
