Calling all fireworks fanatics! Fireworks take centre stage once more as the Philippine International Pyromusical Competition finally erupts back onto the scene after a four-year hiatus.
The competition, known for its incredible displays of synchronised fireworks and music, has been a crowd favourite for years. Finally, the skies above the Philippines will once again be illuminated for five glorious nights this summer. Head on to the Seaside Boulevard at SM Mall of Asia to witness the pyrotechnics on 11, 18, and 25 May 2024 and 1 and 8 Jun 2024.

Each night, two different countries would battle it out with their most awe-inspiring fireworks displays, all choreographed to a captivating musical soundtrack.
The news of the competition’s return has social media buzzing with excitement. It’s been four years since the last competition was held in 2019 at SM City Clark. The event featured breathtaking displays from a total of 10 countries, including China, Germany, and Poland.
This year, participating countries include the Netherlands, South Korea, Australia, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, China, and the United Kingdom.

Keep your competitive spirit at bay, though: While the host country doesn’t compete, they traditionally save the grand finale for themselves, treating the audience to a spectacular fireworks show on the last night.
