Previously, reaching Brisbane from Manila required navigating a maze of connecting flights, often extending travel time to over 12 hours.
The new direct flights promise a significant reduction in travel time. Reports suggest one-way journeys will take approximately six to eight hours, making Brisbane a much more accessible destination. This additional service complements Qantas’ existing daily flights between Sydney and Manila, significantly boosting overall seat availability between Australia and the Philippines. This translates to over 100,000 additional seats annually, making it easier than ever for Filipinos to explore the wonders of Australia.
