Villa Bridgerton in Quezon City: What to Expect & Things to Note

Period drama sets always bring a sense of mystique to the modern viewer. We, stale urban dwellers, could only imagine lingering in candle-lit libraries, lavish marbled ballrooms, or luxurious bedrooms with intricate wallpapers… until Villa Bridgerton invited us over.

Celebrating the premiere of Netflix’s Bridgerton Season 2 on 25 Mar 2022, the eponymous villa glitzed up to bring the British Regency era to Filipino fans. Until 3 Apr, guests can enter Villa Bridgerton for FREE — all you have to do now is book a tour here.

What to expect from Villa Bridgerton

A nod to the record-breaking romance drama, Villa Bridgerton is a restyled ancestral house that mimics the mansion of Bridgerton’s high society. As such, it has an orchestra room and banquet hall, an expansive field for croquette, and even a royal carriage you can ride.

Promoting the launch of the villa, TikTok creators Pipay, Justine Luzares, Ychan Laurenz, Paula Pelaez, and GaiaPoly paid a visit to shoot and pose around. The influencers, dressed in royal gowns, roused series fans to tour the place and have Bridgerton-inspired photoshoots themselves.

Things to note

Speaking of photoshoots, you must be wondering what to wear to Villa Bridgerton. The management recommends “an attire fit for a chic garden tea party,” as “the lords are not to wear slippers and tank tops.” But if we were to suggest, you must definitely grab this chance to doll yourself up! No, you don’t have to go full-out cosplay (of course, you can if you want to), but wearing stylish midi dresses will surely give your photos an extra oomph.

Since several people intend to tour Villa Bridgerton, make sure you have your booking before you visit. Don’t be late — the villa will forfeit your slot 15 minutes after your schedule. Only 20 people at a time can enter Villa Bridgerton, as the management practices safety protocols. With this, don’t forget to wear a mask and bring your vaccination certificate!
