No More Change Fees: How to Rebook Repeatedly With Cebu Pacific for Free

Heeding calls for travel flexibility amid the pandemic, Cebu Pacific has permanently removed its change fees. Passengers of the country’s leading low-cost airline may now enjoy Cebu Pacific free rebooking services, which basically means you can rebook your flights as many times as you want — and more importantly, at no added cost.

“In a recent survey we conducted, flexibility remains to be one of the considerations of our passengers when deciding to travel again,” CEB Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience, Candice Iyog, said in an official announcement.

“Because of this, we are removing our change fee effective immediately. As we work on rebuilding our network and supporting domestic tourism, we will continue to listen to our passengers so we can make it even more convenient for everyjuan to fly again.”

How to avail Cebu Pacific free rebooking

To avail of the free rebooking service, simply log in to your GetGo account here. If you don’t have an account, you can also log in using your booking reference number. Then, go to the Manage Booking portal and search for the flight you wish to rebook. Follow the rest of the instructions until you get a confirmation of your rebooking.

You can rebook your flight up to two hours before your flight departure. Take note that minimal fare differences could still apply. If the original flight was booked with a travel agency, be sure to coordinate your rebooking requests with the respective agents.

On top of the Cebu Pacific free rebooking service, travelling (in the Philippines, at least) would now be made easier as the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases simplified domestic travel protocols. This includes removing travel authorities and health certificates as requirements from passengers.
