Glorietta has officially closed Courtyard Drive to vehicles. That means no more drop-offs or parking in that area, even for a quick stop. This is part of the mall’s ongoing redevelopment, which aims to improve the overall visitor experience once complete.

To make things easier, here are the new designated areas where vehicles can drop off passengers:
Glorietta 3 entrance, accessible via North Street and Parkway Drive
Ascott Hotel corner, located at Courtyard Drive and East Street
These spots are now the best entry points for anyone visiting the mall. Staff are also stationed nearby to help direct traffic and guide visitors.

Makati traffic is already unpredictable, so these changes are a big deal for anyone planning to visit Glorietta soon. Whether you are getting dropped off by a family member or booking a ride, heading to the new zones will help you avoid delays or confusion.
If you are using navigation apps, it’s a good idea to type in the new drop-off locations before heading out.

These traffic changes might feel like a hassle at first, especially if you’re used to your usual spot. But with a bit of planning, your mall day can still go smoothly. Think of it as a small detour leading to a better Glorietta experience in the future.
Mall hack: If you want the quickest path to food or fashion, ask to be dropped off at Glorietta 3, then walk straight in through the North Street entrance. You will skip the crowd and get first dibs on your favourites.
