Antipolo, Rizal is nothing short of an exciting destination for the adventurous! On your quick weekend escape to this hill station, why not explore its natural wonders and eco-parks? Here’s an idea for you: Hinulugang Taktak Nature & Adventure Park. It is home to the nearest natural waterfalls in Metro Manila and one of the most iconic tourist spots in Antipolo. With its newly renovated attractions and zones, you’re definitely due for a visit! Oh, did we mention that it’s free?

Aside from its 21-metre waterfalls, Hinulugang Taktak Nature & Adventure Park houses a range of other attractions and activities. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, explore the park’s Canopy Walk zone free of charge! Here, you can walk through its hanging bridges, try wall climbing, splash around the swimming pool, or dare to lie down on the spider web platform hanging just right above the falls. It also has a rappelling zone; however, it is currently still under maintenance.

Planning to visit the park soon? As of writing, there’s no need to book your visit in advance since the park operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you get there, all you have to do is sign up for free at the entrance and wait for your gate pass. You’ll have to present this again when you exit the premises.
