This Photographer Captured Iridescent Clouds in South Cotabato

From meteor showers to rare glimpses of a supermoon, we’ve been very lucky to witness the most incredible natural phenomena in 2020. Many netizens continue to hone their photography skills from their homes, watching celestial events unfold and whipping out their cameras to commit them to memory.

On 3 Sep 2020, Zered Prince Masmela spotted iridescent clouds looming at around 5pm over Koronadal City in South Cotabato. Captured on his camera phone are shots of these cloud formations right before sunset, looking almost as if the sky is ablaze.

Thanks to the lack of light pollution in South Cotabato, Zered Prince Masmela was able to show the beauty of these iridescent clouds in their full glory. Really, it’s amazing to see what nature can sometimes reveal on an ordinary day at just the right moment.
