Ever Dreamed of Eating in a Revolving Restaurant? Here’s Where You Can Do It in Manila

Revolving restaurants might seem like something out of a luxury travel bucket list, but they’re actually quite common in major cities across the globe — especially in parts of Asia like the UAE, China, India, Macao, Malaysia, and Thailand. But did you know you can also experience a revolving restaurant in the Philippines? Tucked in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Seoul-Sky 100 Revolving Restaurant offers a unique 360-degree dining experience with sweeping views of the Metro Manila skyline. While it’s one of the few of its kind in the country, it’s surprisingly accessible from major areas across the National Capital Region, making it a must-try for those looking to enjoy good food with a stunning view.

What to order in this revolving restaurant in the Philippines

Unlike the Pasig Revolving Restaurant, which caters to private events and guests, Seoul-Sky 100 welcomes casual dining of solo, couples, and small groups. They mainly serve affordable yet deliciously crafted Korean food for budget-friendly diners.

Prices at Seoul-Sky 100 Revolving Restaurant are quite reasonable considering the unique experience and generous portions. For Korean soups and stews, prices start at just ₱380 for a hearty beef rib and kimchi bowl. Craving something more traditional? Their ginseng chicken soup is priced at ₱750, while the spicy sausage or ham stew with ramen goes for ₱1,200 — perfect for couples or small groups to share.

If you're after something more filling, they also offer bibimbap and Korean fried rice for ₱380 each. For sides, don’t miss out on their shrimp tempura, spicy stir-fried squid, or spicy pork bulgogi with vegetables — each served at ₱450 per order. You can also try their Korean-style pancakes, starting from ₱350, and a selection of classic Korean noodles beginning at just ₱280.

And if you want a good ol’ samgyeopsal, they offer this as well. A 160-gram plate of standard pork belly is priced at ₱380 with a minimum of two orders. A 150-gram serving of Wagyu beef brisket is available for ₱550, while a 300-gram serving of marinated beef short rib is available for ₱930.
