Required documents for Filipinos travelling to Singapore

To enter Singapore, Philippine passport holders must secure the following requirements:

  • Passport with at least six months’ validity
  • Digitally Verifiable Vaccination Certificate (DVC)
    • Filipinos may provide their COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (VaxCertPH). If you haven’t obtained your VaxCertPH, apply for one here.
    • You can verify your DVC using the Vaccination Check Portal (VCP) (optional, but recommended).
  • SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
    • Must be completed up to three (3) days before arrival in Singapore.
    • If you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, a loss of taste or smell), in the last seven (7) days before travelling to Singapore, you will be asked to postpone your trip.
  • Immigration Clearance (e-Pass)
    • Immigration officers will no longer stamp your passport. Instead, Filipinos will be sent an e-Pass (i.e., Visit Pass) via e-mail after clearing the immigration.
    • If you did not receive your e-Pass, retrieve it here. You will find the DE Number in your SGAC acknowledgement e-mail.
  • Health insurance with COVID-19 coverage (optional, but recommended).

For Filipinos travelling to Singapore, a negative COVID-19 test is no longer required. However, if you are symptomatic on arrival, you will need to take an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for SG$30 (~₱1,030) or a Polymerase Chain Reaction Test (PCR Test) for SG$138 (~₱5,400).

Her creative energy is fueled by many things: the quiet right before the rest of the world wakes up, the orange sky as the sun rises during an uncrowded morning surf, the beautiful bitter taste of black coffee, and the threatening reminder of a pending deadline.
