Palawan Makes Global Headlines With These Spectacular Diving Sites

Beautiful islands like Boracay and Siargao aren’t the only destinations in the Philippines that make the global headlines. Today, even our stunning national parks can give other countries around the world a run for their money.

As reported by the Philippine News Agency, the Department of Tourism expressed their pride after a travel guide book publisher recognised the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park in Palawan as one of the world’s national parks for “spectacular diving.”

Further cited in the article are the following scuba diving sites in the Philippines: Amos Rock, Washing Machine, and Black Rock, which can be accessed by taking a liveaboard from Puerto Princesa.

At any of these spectacular diving sites in the Philippines, you can find abundant species of tropical fish, coral, sharks, dolphins, whales, manta rays, seahorses, turtles, and more. Underwater, you get to witness a different side of Palawan altogether.
