Interestingly, Coffee-Up opened right in the heat of the pandemic — March 2020. Fortunately, the café continues to thrive; it has been adhering to social distancing protocols while serving its signature dishes and beverages.

If you’re looking for coffee for the brew, H Proper Coffee Roasters serves nothing short of the best. This third-wave speciality coffee shop in Cagayan de Oro takes coffee roasting seriously, serving freshly roasted coffee every Monday and Thursday.
Its owner, Harley Keith Yu, makes sure the café is always stocked with the most excellent beans in the world; but of course, H Proper Coffee Roasters also avidly promotes local beans from Bukidnon. So the next time you’re in CDO, make sure you drop by for an exquisite cup of joe!

10. The Bike Coffee CDO
The Bike Shop CDO is not like other coffee shops in Cagayan de Oro. Fusing new normal innovation and love for coffee, this café is actually a coffee shop on wheels! Its owner, Ruggierro Nicolae Rubio, started the café because he wanted to “do both of (his) passions and hobbies while making money.”
Ruggiero usually parks his bike at the Rotunda Circle. He serves super affordable local brews: Black tea for ₱20, pour over coffee for ₱35, French pressed coffee for ₱45, and 100% Arabica coffee for ₱50. He also serves cookies, puto seko, and sticky biko that pair perfectly with the coffee!
