While the final adjustments will depend on the outcome of Friday's trading, preliminary estimates suggest the following potential price reductions:
Gasoline: P0.30 to P0.65 per liter
Diesel: P0.30 to P0.55 per liter
Kerosene: P0.80 to P0.90 per liter
It's important to note that this anticipated fuel price rollback follows a recent price hike. On Tuesday, 24 Dec, oil companies implemented the following price adjustments:
Gasoline: P0.50 per liter increase
Diesel: P1.45 per liter increase
Kerosene: P0.75 per liter increase
These recent increases have contributed to the year-to-date net increase in gasoline and diesel prices.
