Pagudpud Saud Beach Named Among Most Beautiful Beaches in the World

When you think of powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, Boracay, Palawan, or Bohol usually come to mind. But this time, it’s an underrated gem in the north that’s stealing the spotlight. Pagudpud’s Saud Beach in Ilocos Norte has been named one of the 25 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World by a US-based travel magazine.

“If you’re searching for Southeast Asian beach bliss, super-mellow Saud Beach on the island of Luzon is a sure thing,” the feature noted.

The publication praised Saud Beach for its pristine white sand that “pitches gradually into the clear-as-glass water, like a real-world example of a zero-entry swimming pool.”

Sharing the honor with Saud Beach are other world-renowned shores in Hawaii, Australia, Cape Town, and The Bahamas.
