Calling all fur parents! Philippine Airlines just made it official. You can now fly with your small dog in-cabin on domestic flights. PAL’s new FurPAL service makes pet travel easier and safer, starting December 1, and it’s the first in-cabin pet program of its kind in the Philippines.

Choose a FurPAL-eligible flight on the PAL website.

Base fare starts at ₱2,500 one-way. It’s simple, fast, and your dog rides safely with you.

For now, FurPAL welcomes small dogs only, with plans to expand to cats in the future. Key restrictions:
Dogs must weigh 10 kg or less.
Dogs must be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned, meaning they no longer rely on their mother’s milk.
Each passenger may bring one dog, with a maximum of three dogs per flight.
This ensures everyone has a safe and comfortable journey.

Your dog travels in a soft-sided, leak-proof carrier with pee pads. Carrier size limit: 17” x 11” x 9.5”. Pets must stay inside the carrier under your seat for the duration of the flight.
This keeps your dog secure and your flight stress-free.

Veterinary Health Certificate

FurPAL Declaration, Release, and Waiver Form
Shipping Permit issued by the Bureau of Animal Industry
Pet sedation is strictly prohibited, so your dog travels naturally and safely.

Alvin Miranda, PAL’s Vice President for Marketing, says FurPAL lets fur parents create lasting memories with their pets. Whether it is an island trip, a weekend getaway, or a quick visit to family, you can now bring your small dog along. Make sure to book early since each flight only allows up to three pets.
FurPAL is perfect for Filipino travellers who love their pets. With clear rules, safe cabins, and flights to top island destinations, Philippine Airlines makes in-cabin pet travel in the Philippines easy and stress-free.
