Kamiseta Hotel may just be the chicest boutique hotel in Baguio City. From its Victorian-style interiors to its lush and landscaped outdoors, this glamourous place screams IG-worthy from every corner. Studying for the board exams? Preparing for an important event? Brainstorming for a passion project? While Baguio is known for its bed weather, it is also a destination conducive to productivity. After all, the Summer Capital is a university town — students have been populating the city for years. Unknown to most, many alumni continue to flock to the city whenever they need to get into the right headspace. (Rumours have it that even Nick Joaquin travelled all the way here for this very purpose!)

As for the location, this listing sits 3.4km away from Session Road, which is relatively far compared to other Baguio homestays. However, you can easily access jeepneys from the area, as it is conveniently situated along Ben Palispis Highway.

Chalet Baguio sits well with travellers who aren’t willing to compromise on comfort and convenience. It has all the amenities one needs, from in-house restaurants and room service to a 24-hour front desk and laundry service. You don’t need much when in Baguio. Most times, a couch, a kitchen, and a veranda will suffice — even satisfy. Eve’s Baguio Transient House reminds me of my favourite apartments back in college for the very reason that it’s simple, chill, and yet more than I can ask for.
If you’re looking for where to stay in Baguio and you aren’t too fussy about amenities, then this transient house might be the perfect one for you. It’s spacious enough for a whole family or barkada.
